Is a type of glass which is designed to resist breaking, but also to break in a way which minimizes the risk of accidents in the event that the glass cannot withstand the forces which are applied to it.
Is manufactured by sandwiching a sheet of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) in between two pieces of glass,
There are two types of laminated glass PVB and resin laminated glass, PVB laminated glass is two or more sheets of glass which are bonded together with layers of (PVB) under heat and pressure to form a single piece. Resin laminated glass is made by using liquid resin which is then poured between two sheets of glass which are held together until cured.
Is created by treating the glass very carefully as the glass is heated and cooled to increase its tensile strength, making the glass hard to break
This enables you to choose the colour require accompanying your own design. Colour back glass is available in annealed and laminate. This has become very popular in domestic use for example glass splash in the kitchens and cladding on the bathroom walls.
